What was their problem?

The challenge with Treasured Scents were their remote users. They have a sales team that rarely visited the office so backing up there data was non-existent. On a number of occasions they lost out on new business contracts because of lost data that was never backed up and leads that were never pursued.

How did Online IT Backup help?

Working closely with Treasured Scents IT department we planned to deploy the workstation edition to each remote user. We had a half day onsite training session with the sales force to educate them on the new procedures on backing up and restoring data. Following the changes we are proud to say that no files have since been lost and many successful restores have taken place. The domain controllers, exchange server and file servers are also securely backed up remotely each and every evening.
