The third myth is that running an online backup is difficult to do. The truth is, running the programme is anything but difficult. The beauty of online backup is that it can be performed while other programmes are running. It can run silently in the background, allowing users to continue their work and for computers to run as normal, without any interruption. Once the initial backup runs, users can choose when to schedule an automated backup so that they do not physically have to do anything from that point onwards. It is best to choose a time in which users are less likely to use their computers, to ensure no interruptions.

Users can choose to schedule their backups hourly, daily or monthly. This depends entirely on the volume of files that are created by a company each day, and need backing up. Backups will run and only backup the files that have been created or changed since the last backup.

The most important thing about all of this information however, is that the data can be easily recovered – that is after all the whole reason for the using these online backup services. These services are crucial to ensuring that files and companies remain protected and can be recovered in any event, giving each and every user peace of mind.
